Green Laundry Room With Floor-to-Ceiling Storage
Tasked with fitting a washer and two dryers into this slim laundry room, designer RaeLynn Callaway of Classically Yours Interiors had limited space to add storage. She configured the cabinets to make the most of every inch, including open niches for bins and baskets. She also paid special attention to aesthetics, with lively green paint and corner cabinets that house art and accents. "I have realized that if you have a 'happy' laundry room you have a happy laundry person," Callaway says. Fun colors, cabinet hardware, flooring patterns and decor can really make a difference."
In this butler's pantry, a gallery wall of mushroom botanical art adds a curious culinary element. The large storage and utility space has it all: open shelves for cookbooks, counter space for prepping food and concealed storage for odds and ends.
Triple Faucet Sink and Brick Floor in Traditional Mudroom With White Cabinet Storage
A triple-faucet sink is a convenient spot for washing hands and any dirty outdoor items. The charming brick floor keeps things low-maintenance underfoot, and a small water closet is adjacent. Decorative elements consist of a collection of antique clocks and a glass-fronted shelf display of cookbooks. The result is an engaging and versatile space.

For added convenience, the luxury walk-in closet boasts glass-front doors to easily view the hanging clothes with separate areas for men and women. A center island stores jewelry and accessories for maximum organization.
Handsome Closet Cabinetry & Custom Storage In Luxurious Wood
Handsomely adorned in luxurious wood and traditional pulls, this masculine closet is certainly well dressed. A wall of cubbies provide custom organization while smaller drawers and extended storage creates a staging area for the smaller pieces like watches, ties or cufflinks.
Handsome Closet Features Sitting Area Mixing Tradition & Luxury
A sitting area with a plush, leather chair and ottoman, chic club chair and desk – brilliantly mixing a European and art deco feel through the use of wood – breathes luxury into this handsome closet. Beautiful wood cabinets combine with a coffered ceiling and stunning wood flooring to surround the room with a calm feeling of history, honor and tradition. An exciting pendant chandelier adds a sense of elegant, retro steel to the space.
For this laundry room, Mark Warren of Warren Home Restorations Inc. wanted to combine efficient storage and ample light with pleasing design that would blend with the rest of the home. An apron-front sink makes a pretty stand-in for a utility sink. To the right, specially sized niches hold laundry baskets that make sorting and toting a snap.
This customized closet was designed by Mosaik Design & Remodeling of Portland, Ore., to meet the needs of a couple that travels frequently. The his-and-hers islands with tops made of Calacatta marble are just the right height for packing and include benches for comfort and ease when putting on shoes. A built-in ironing board and toiletry organizers are hidden behind the soft white traditional cabinetry. We love the two unique, glittering chandeliers.
Dreamy Walk-In Closet With Beautiful White Built-Ins
With dedicated storage space for everything from shoes to hats to hanging clothes, this walk-in closet spares no expense. Just in case the built-ins lining the perimeter aren't enough, an island offers more storage in the center of the space.
The second-floor walkway opens up to the traditional wine room below. Warm wood paneling and molding surround the space, while an L-shaped bar with barrel armchairs are the perfect place to grab a drink.
This homeowner longed for a laundry area but didn't have space to remodel an existing room. To the rescue: designer Giana Shorthouse of Terracotta Properties, who teamed up with a local cabinetmaker to create a custom kitchen laundry and storage room. Stackable appliances sit next to a closet that has pullout drawers as well as room to iron. Metal mesh door fronts allow moisture out and air to circulate, yet blend seamlessly with the look of the cabinetry.
