Transitional Staircase With Cheery Yellow Wallpaper
A traditional staircase gets a contemporary makeover with bright, yellow striped wallpaper that adds a bold and cheerful touch to the neutral toned space. A traditional, wood chair offers a sunny seat by a large window in the landing.

An overhead view from the staircase shows the letters tumbling down a white wall where dark brown hardwood floors are accented by a yellow carpet runner.
Fun details like gradient color on the walls and painted stars on the ceiling create a playroom with panache. A sofa teams with a pair of pouf-like ottomans to create a family-friendly TV viewing area.
To make entertaining easy, this home has a wet bar with two mini fridges, a prep sink and lots of cabinets space for storing glassware and accessories. The white marble countertop is an elegant pairing with the mahogany cabinets.
