A one-of-a-kind cast concrete wall acts as the guest entry way to dining area of the Broken Spanish Restaurant. Sandblasted Brazilian marble floors create depth and add a balanced contrast to the “tin” textured ceiling in the main dining room. Behind, a decorative cinder block wall is adorned with hanging plants in a nod to indoor-outdoor eating.
The home's entry flows into the formal living room, so designers went with a simple design to give the space an open, airy and uncluttered feel. A simple, modern bench with muted colored pillows, soft colored artwork and a gray rug define the space and usher guests into the home's living room.
This breathtaking foyer was designed to have an open and expansive feel. Two-story ceilings and a light, breezy color palette help accomplish that, while an elegantly curved staircase and a crystal chandelier give the space a sense of sophistication.

The wood carries up a winding staircase, creating a cohesive space.
With cool white walls and a splash of blue art, this entryway offers a refreshing escape from the Miami heat outside. For additional visual interest, the designers added Koroseal wallpaper to the right and layered a round mirror to break away from the straight lines.
