Texas Patio with Neutral Outdoor Kitchen
This Texas patio features a full outdoor kitchen and a view of a tiled, tiered infinity pool and hot tub, not to mention the panoramic Austin countryside. Stone walls, warm wood finishes and a terra cotta tile roof give a nod to traditional Mediterranean design.
Built-in and beautifully carved, bookshelves line the walls of this stair landing-turned-library. The room feels open despite all the dark wood, thanks to the high ceilings and light Venetian plaster walls.
Spacious Master Bathroom With Glass Enclosed Shower and Neutral Tile
This Mediterranean bathroom features a glass enclosed shower with all-over neutral stone tiles similar to those that cover the floor. A neutral and brown stone countertop sits atop the medium grain wood vanity, while a mirror with metallic decorations is placed above.
Rough Tile Outdoor Kitchen With Smooth Blue Marble Countertop and Built in Sink
The rough tile base of this outdoor kitchen compliments the rough finish on the retaining wall for a beautiful texture effect. The smooth, bright blue marble countertop is a gorgeous texture contrast and adds bright color to the design. A marble panel slides over the built-in sink opening for extra work space.
Almost like a mirage in the desert, this tropical flowing pool reflects its surroundings in clear, blue waters. The whole backyard maintains a resort styles feel with a curved pool, stone tower and tropical landscaping.
C.B. Conlin Landscapes: Pool, Bar and Shade Galore!
C.B. Conlin Landscapes carefully considered all types of outdoor enthusiasts when designing the pool and patio area for this home. Not only can one bask in the sun, but landscapers included an attractive sheltered area, under roof, for the non-sun worshipper and stone and granite outdoor bar adjacent to the pool for a quick pick-me-up.
"HGTV Star" contestant Anne Rue designed this Mediterranean open-concept family room to showcase reclaimed wood beams along the vaulted ceiling and repurposed wine barrel chandeliers. The clean-lined furnishings mixed with Mediterranean architecture helps create a warm, inviting space.
Mediterranean Villa Includes Fire Pit Spot in Backyard
To the right of the swimming pool, a few wooden benches allow the owners and their guests to take a seat around the fire pit. Because the spot is laid with gravel instead of flagstone, it feels like both a natural part of the backyard and a "room" of its own.
Mediterranean Hallway with Antique Blue Side Board
This hallway gives off a Mediterranean vibe with its Grecian blue antique side board and stone-like candlesticks. Stone sculptures of white flowering plants in distressed pottery sit on either side of the table, while a painting on the white brick wall provides a colorful finishing touch.
