Dining Room With Exposed Beams
The main dining room in this home is placed between the dropped living room and the kitchen. This traditional gathering point becomes the heart of the home with natural wood tones and exposed beams, allowing for dinner guests to have a clear view of the ground floor.
Polished concrete flooring with radiant heating leads past the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and small kitchen island with a red accented overhang to a small red pocket door entrance for the master bedroom.
Traditional Black-And-White Eat-In Kitchen And Dining Space
This open and airy, traditional kitchen and dining space features an all-white color palette and plenty of space for guests to enjoy time together. From the large kitchen island with high-back chairs to the nearby traditional dining room with space for eight.
To add life to the living room, the area rug was replaced with colorful carpet squares that also added pattern to the space. The brown pillows were swapped for colorful prints picked up on the cheap from a show house sample sale. To help accommodate up to three guests comfortably, the tiny coffee table was placed into the storage space to make room for a trio of modern nesting tables. For a wallpapered look, an 8-foot-by-4-foot sheet of 3/4-inch foam board was covered with wallpaper and fastened to the wall using double-sided tape.

This spacious hallway features the perfect nook for a small home office, complete with a desk and brown leather chair. A peek over the wrought iron railing shows off several metal and glass pendant lights that illuminate the foyer below.

This hall features a curved balcony area and iron railing that allow people passing through a glimpse at the rustic great room. A circular red floral area rug adds a pop of color, while the vaulted ceilings and recessed lighting keep the space open.
As seen on HGTV's hit show, Fixer Upper, the formal dining room in this home was moved to the sunporch to create a unique space for entertaining. With plenty of natural light, the space feels bright and open, while the brick fireplace makes the space feel a part of the home. A new, rustic dining room table brings this space to life, as the new chandelier helps to light the space and add a touch of elegance.
This media/theater room is complete with built-in bar area featuring custom Shaker style cabinets with Roxwell quartz countertop by Cambria. Integrated into the cabinets are a beverage fridge, ice maker, dishwasher and hammered nickel undermount sink with an insta-hot faucet. Glass shelves store and display glasses, while a large storage closet hides away games. The walls are covered in a textured navy wallpaper while barn wood covers the recessed TV wall and soffit, giving the space a masculine feel.
