Neutral colors were selected for the furnishings to work better with the walls painted in Sherwin-Williams Country Squire and the dark wood beadboard trim. The space is made more lively with colorful accessories, which are easy to swap as color and pattern styles change.
Hardwood floors connect the dining room to the kitchen in this Craftsman style beachfront home. The table for six matches the wooden cabinetry, while a candlelit lighting fixture hangs from the vaulted ceiling.

Cherry wood was used for window seats that double as storage, bookshelves and operable paneling for concealment of a TV over the fireplace. Spatial relationships were emphasized with the aid of wood beams and columns to reinforce the geometry of the design.
Tiered, deep-cushion theater seating allows for comfortable, casual lounging. Situated conveniently next to the viewing area, the wet bar keeps refreshments stocked and includes a bar top with modern stools for entertaining.
A family game room gets a sophisticated update with wainscoting, wood beams and a reading nook. Bright pillows and striped floor poufs add color and comfort. The chalkboard wall makes it easy to keep score.
Craftsman Living Room Boasts Tray Ceiling & Stone Fireplace
An all-over neutral palette is anything but boring in this Craftsman living room. An expansive tray ceiling, a beautiful stone fireplace, warm wood floors and a wooden sunburst mirror are just a few details that make this space stand out.
