Eclectic Blue Apartment Dining Room
This eclectic dining room was designed by HGTV Star contestants Brooks Atwood and Tiffany Brooks during HGTV Star season 8. A dining table with chunky columnar legs makes a big impact in the small apartment space.
Marble-patterned wingback chairs at heads of the table bring drama and style to this dining room while also counterbalancing the pair of chandeliers. An eclectic mix of prints in complementing hues makes for a vibrant, cozy space. A large area rug defines the dining area.
Mornings automatically feel more cheery in this colorful breakfast nook where blue paisley shades and cushions and pops of bright pink welcome the day with style. Gold accents are a sophisticated finishing touch.
Light blue walls work wonders in this teen girl's room, creating a relaxing atmosphere for reading or doing homework. A palm-print tryptic adds interest to the bed, as well as complements the other boho touches, like the woven throw and ombre ottoman.
Talk about a short commute, and who needs an expensive wardrobe when you can work in your PJs? This unused closet was transformed into an attractive home office with the help of a few shelves and wallpaper.
Eclectic Blue Sitting Room Mixes Italian, Midcentury Modern Details
Saturated with rich blue and gold hues, this eclectic sitting room allows for a diverse mix of furniture and styles. Where the tumbled marble terrazzo floor calls Italian design to mind, the Sputnik-style light above is reminiscent of midcentury modern details.
The homeowner wanted a bold, playful design in her home, so designers wanted to choose pieces that would be stunning and beautiful and blend well in the space. They started with a light blue color on the wall that draws in the colors of the picturesque views of Riverside Park down below. Then, they added bold patterns and colors, along with chunky furniture to the space, finishing the design off with a modern light fixture to complement the home's funky, eclectic vibe.
This eclectic living room features a mix of retro, modern and industrial pieces. Bright colors help blend the vintage furniture with the modern furniture, and a shag rug grounds the space while also adding texture.
Blue And White Eclectic Dining Room With Tall Wingback Chairs
Transom windows and tiered coco bead chandeliers draw attention to the tall ceilings, visually adding height to this dining room. Blue tie dye curtains inject some playfulness into this formal dining area. Tall wingback chairs command attention instead of being dwarfed by the lofty ceiling.
Fixer Upper hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines transformed a depressing room into a bright and festive nursery for the Purks' baby on the way. The old wall paneling was removed and replaced with light blue painted drywall with white trim.
This dining area has bright blue walls with clean white crown molding and baseboards. A series of framed artwork lines the walls, a vintage glass chandelier lights up the space and a fun red dining table adds a splash of color.
With identical Art Deco mirrors and nightstands on either side of the bed, this eclectic guest room shines with symmetry and balance. At night, visitors can ease into a pile of pretty pillows or turn on one of the lamps and read for the evening.
