To make the most out of this green guest bedroom, a secondary seating area was added along the exterior wall in front of the windows. With the sleeper sofa only three feet away, the additional seagrass wingback chairs allow conversation for up to five.
The master bedroom walls have a faint blue-green color, similar to sea glass, that provides a soothing backdrop for the black and white accents used throughout the space. On the white bed, a pair of green decorative pillows with a geometric pattern pick up the wall color.
Vivid shades of teal stand out against the mostly neutral decor in this transitional master bedroom. An inset ceiling niche features the saturated hue, which pulls from the dramatic tile accent wall. A similar painted niche in a nearby room creates harmony and draws the eye through the space.
Hunter Green Master Bedroom Balances Masculine With Feminine
Designer Will Wick sought to create a cozy, '70s-style retreat that balances masculine and feminine in the master bedroom at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015. Wick selected a deep, hunter green for the walls and balanced the shade with lush, cream tones in the headboard, bedding, carpet and drapery. "We pulled it off because this room gets so much light," Wick says.
In the master bedroom, designers anchored the space in a soft, mint green to showcase the couple's warm, honey colored, antique bedroom suite. Then, they added white bed linens to keep the room feeling light and airy.
Green Master Bedroom Highlighted with Clean White Bedding and Floral Curtains
Bright green walls are offset by a dark canopy bed, clean white bedding, and a detailed sideboard in this lovely master bedroom. The floral curtains, artwork, and pink accents add an additional touch of whimsy.
Green and White Traditional Bedroom With Padded Bed Frame
This master bedroom is an oasis of creams and seafoam green. The upholstered wall is lit from a hidden soffit above, and the fabric matches the duvet cover. The trim on the edge of the upholstered wall is implemented in the Roman shade. The soft calming colors along with a padded headboard and footboard truly create an escape from the rest of the world.
