As seen on Fixer Upper, the newly renovated master bedroom has been transformed with a new, neutral color palette that makes the space feel clean and bright. Joanna chose to incorporate wispy fabrics to soften the space, while wood accents and twin table lamps warm the space. Joanna also repurposed an old church window as a headboard, which created a focal point in the space.

In the master bedroom, the combination of glass, rammed earth, exposed concrete and the floating roof offers privacy yet does not dilute the incredible views of the golf course, city lights, mountains and Sonoran Desert sunsets. A premium-grade sliding door allows the occupant to step from the room directly into the cool waters of the infinity-edge pool and the waterfall, which cascades down to the lower level, providing passive cooling and the tranquil sound of water.
A dressing table near this master bedroom's entrance commands attention. Graphic design comes in the form of the Greek key fretwork mirror, a trellis fabric tablecloth and filigree-embroidered lampshades. The mirror frame and potted ferns add the needed pop of green.
