According to designer Victoria Rogers, the vibrant teal color of this redesigned clubhouse is what really brings the room to life. Against the crisp white walls and beautiful polished travertine floors it creates a dramatic pop. The wood tones of the wall and floor soften the space, and the geometric patterns used throughout give it the modern, clean look she envisioned for this 1,500-square-foot space.
During construction, the design team decided to leave a portion of the raw concrete foundation wall exposed in the game room. The homeowner was attached to his pool table, despite it not really going with the modern aesthetic, so it was re-felted in black to blend better.
This Paso Robles clubhouse not only pops with vibrant colors, but designer Victoria Rogers also makes a modern statement with architectural features she chose for the room. The see-through dividing wall continues the openness of her design, while the white tile flooring in the center of the room throws light onto the floor in an interesting way. Moreover, the wall housing the television embraces a modern, futuristic appearance.
This inviting game room features a spacious table paired with rustic leather stools and positioned behind the sofa. Straight ahead is a built-in entertainment center with a flat screen television, speakers and a neutral stone accent wall. Wall-to-wall windows allow natural light to flood the space.
