Double Vanity Bathroom Boasts Rustic Elegance
This beautiful double vanity bathroom boasts a rustic elegance that evokes a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. Double mirrors and sinks pair with ample counter space to provide plenty of room for two.
Chip and Joanna Gaines decked out this master bathroom with new gray paint and a shiplap accent wall on HGTV's Fixer Upper. A large mirror is framed with wood that matches the accent wall, and a modern light fixture illuminates his and a hers vanity with a marble countertop and rectangular vessel sinks. The original claw foot tub was kept and refinished, and new tile flooring installed.
Rustic Contemporary Bathroom With Stunning Forest View
Sleek, clean lines characteristic of contemporary style pair with a dark, masculine color palette characteristic of rustic style, creating a stunning look that blends seamlessly with the bathroom's forest view. Mirrors fold up against the wall so as not to obstruct the beautiful view.
Kelly & Co. Design didn't miss a single detail when transforming a barn into a music/entertainment space, as evidenced by this rustic bathroom. The ceiling was contracted from reclaimed wood, and the walls were covered in a cream-colored material that gives the space a clean, industrial aesthetic. A double sink vanity with rustic wood cabinetry completes the look.
In so many rooms, the home feels like an extension of its forest surroundings with beautiful wood creating paneling, window frames, cabinetry. This bathroom lets light pour in via a series of arched windows.
In the master bathroom, touches of wood everywhere create a warm, rustic feel enhanced by the Oriental rug on the floor and the soft brown countertop and tiles in the shower. The large mirror visually helps to open up the room and raise the ceiling.
Warm woods are used throughout this spa-like bathroom, which features an open double vanity and glass walk-in shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the soaker bathtub and shower, providing stunning views of the South African game reserve.
As seen on Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna maximized the space in this master bathroom by adding a raised cabinet between the space's twin sinks. A large mirror with unique lamps help to reflect the natural light let into the space by the windows on the opposite wall. This makes the bathroom feel lighter, brighter and more open.
Large windows bring natural light and seamlessly the blend the indoors and out in this rustic yet contemporary bathroom. Natural wood cabinets provide much-needed storage and are topped with soft neutral countertops.
Walk-In Shower Features Beautiful Mosaic Tile Wall
The walk-in glass shower features a wall of mosaic tile, neutral square tile flooring and a built-in bench. Contemporary pendant lights hang above the reclaimed wood double vanity, which is topped in a soft neutral countertop. Sink faucets are mounted on the mosaic tile backsplash.
To tie this simple bathroom in with the rest of the home's barn-inspired look, designers created a reclaimed wood accent wall behind the vanity. The striped linen shade picks up on the rustic colors and textures.
Masculine Bathroom Blends Contemporary and Rustic Styles
Rustic and contemporary styles collide in this beautiful double vanity bathroom. Sleek, clean lines characteristic of contemporary style pair with a dark, masculine color palette characteristic of rustic style, creating a stunning look that blends seamlessly with the bathroom's forest view.
Modern hardware is a great aesthetic alternative to standard chrome and brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze and gives a bathroom a more traditional look and feel. Working on a budget? If you don’t want to purchase all the matching accessories and you have other brass items in your bathroom, such as an old light switch plate or cabinet knobs, you can always use a brass darkening solution to make all the hardware match.
