Contrast was key to this room’s design success. Careful doses of black and white were added in equal measure, such as the curtains and artwork over the bed. Then they were mixed with small pops of saturated color to create a playful, but not overly childish, feel.
Because the home's floor plan is so open, designer Kerra Michelle Huerta also used the couple's sectional to separate the living room from the formal dining space. A large area rug softens the floor below and complements the bright pops of coral, too.

Especially fetching is the unusual glass disc chandelier that hangs in the center of the room that complements the mirrored wall hanging over the sectional sofa. The mostly white living room perks things up with fuschia interiors for the built-in shelving units on either side of the fireplace. The bright color is brought out into the room with pink pillows and two striped armchairs.
Not an inch of space goes to waste in this condo! With a little creativity and some shelving, the designers transformed a blank wall into a display for the couple's favorite photos and keepsakes. Thanks to the coral backdrop, the shelves really stand out.
This pale pink Victorian sitting room is a hub of floral furniture and curtains in front of the pink and gray striped wallpaper. A camelback sofa has throw pillows with a matching pattern from the upholstered wing chair and sits around the round, tufted ottoman with a fringed bottom. The tasseled pillows mirror the tasseled floor-length curtains for a fully patterned room.
A Japanese maple is planted in a rustic planter, offering it more prominence as a focal point than it might receive planted in the ground. The color of the leaves, along with the red hues of another Japanese maple add vibrancy to this elegant terraced garden.
