Team Jonathan opted for a pair of midcentury modern chairs as part of its living room makeover on HGTV's Brother vs. Brother. The low-slung seating brings a bit of retro flair to the sitting room with a painted brick fireplace.
A study of architect Julia Morgan's work is lightly concealed by sheer curtains at the far end of the guest room at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015. Designer Glenda Flaim selected the artwork as a nod to how people live in home design. "It is contrasting how an architect creates the space and how people live in that space," Flaim says.
