Designer Jaimie Belew created a custom shower entrance to add interest to this fun and formal master bath. An acrylic console is topped by a fishbowl and cat-themed artwork, adding to the room’s whimsy. An eggplant-colored ceiling makes the high-ceilinged space seem more intimate.
A freestanding bathtub with brass fixtures sits beneath a “fireplace" cutout surrounded by turquoise-hued tile. Custom cabinetry offers towel storage, and a built-in wine rack sets the stage for a luxurious bathing experience. Cork plank flooring is durable and easy to clean.
The economic design of this master bathroom gives the space a bright and open feel. Wood floating shelves above the tub break up the sea of white and let simple brown bottles become a part of the design.
A console sink pairs with beadboard wainscoting to bring cottage charm to this traditional powder room. A bold red valance ties the bathroom to the adjacent room, which features matching red wallpaper.
This master suite project involved moving walls for a closet expansion, a bathroom gut job and removing all traces of the dark dated furnishings that closed in the space. We used a neutral base palette with soft blue touches and layered in heirloom-quality textiles, elegant lighting, and lots of texture.
This low-maintenance, timeless bathroom features a handsome, masculine contemporary design. Black tile flooring and neutral wall colors are complemented by the wooden exterior of the sauna. A white vessel sink tops the mounted vanity lit by sconces on either side of the mirror. Glass doors keep the space looking sleek.
