The design vision for this kid's bathroom was to create a bright, fun space that would withstand the passing of time as the children in the family grew older. Punches of color helped bring this room to life.
For the bathroom of a longtime customer-turned-friend, designer Katie Gagnon created a unique storage unit for the space between a pair of pedestal sinks. “This was a long-term project, and we spent a lot of time curating the perfect pieces for her ever-evolving space,” says Gagnon. “This storage cabinet was one we had custom made by an artisan we work with. The door is a vintage salvaged piece that had the original paint sanded off and we added an iron cremone bolt for some contrast and visual interest.”
As seen on Love It or List It Too, Neena and Jag used to have a spacious ensuite that was bland and boring. Designer Jillian Harris kept the footprint of the master ensuite and breathed life into the space. She modernized the bathtub with an elegant freestanding soaker tub and replaced te old shower with a beautiful glass walk-in shower. The room was painted a light grey to keep it light and relaxing.
This gorgeous Craftsman-style vanity with dual sinks stretches wall to wall. Dark woods give the vanity an upscale appeal, and a shelf splits the two halves. Wall sconces complement the style of the vanity and provide soft lighting around the mirrors.
As seen on HGTV's hit show Elbow Room, Chip and his team redesigned the Howells' master suite to include lots of closet space, an open concept floor plan, and brilliant, bold colors. The Howells were looking for a spa retreat, and Chip has delivered with an oversized whirlpool tub, a multitude of candles, and deep purple hues that are sure to bring anyone into tranquility.
