Wood beams cross the neutral ceiling over the open archways lining this covered patio. Lantern pendant lights hang between the beams adding to the villa style of the home exterior. Wrought iron patio furniture is padded with beige seat cushions. A matching glass coffee table and small end table finish the sitting space.
Thin trees hug the red brick columns of this garden pavilion. A pointed roof shades the stone tile floor and black wrought iron furniture. A gravel walkway leading to the pavilion is framed with a brick border making a clean and organized line against the grass.
Orange fish scale patterned throw pillows compliment the orange hue in the brick patio flooring. The black iron outdoor living room set is padded with plush neutral cushions. Greenery surrounds the patio space including shaped trees framing the large window.
A paver patio pathway leads to a stylish outdoor sitting space and continues down to a fire pit area with adirondack chairs. Beige cushions with a center tuft on the backrest pad the wrought iron chairs. A circular table with tinted glass top sits in the center topped with an oil lamp. Natural rock and plants surrounding the space add beautiful texture to the design.
Are we poolside or lakeside? In his redesign of this Mediterranean-inspired, lakeside villa, Jason Brownlee keeps us guessing by creating the illusion of a continuous flow of water. The pool, at its 13-foot elevation from the lake, was oriented to the lakefront beyond with a reflective, infinity-edge pool using an overflow perimeter system that allows water to fall to lower basins below, while seeming to sit flush against the upper patio floor. The effect is dramatic yet inviting for family and friends to relax and enjoy the spectacular view.
A wrought iron stairway lets the second floor have access to this outside patio and entertaining area. Several small table and chair sets were chosen instead of one large one offering greater flexibility.
