A long, curved bar with a natural wood countertop creates tons of dining space while fitting with the flow of this great room. A large sofa sets a perimeter for the adjacent living area, which features a stone accent wall surrounding the fireplace and wall-mounted TV. A pair of wrought-iron chandeliers with candle lighting adds a decorative touch to the room.
A distressed iron base pairs with a rustic wood top for a chic farmhouse-style dining table. The blue banquette with a leather cushion and Windsor chairs surround the table for comfortable seating the whole family can enjoy.
This elegant traditional bedroom has a number of beautiful touches, from the coffered ceiling to the Federal-style rug. The walls and fireplace surround are painted in a creamy white as a backdrop to the furnishings. This coastal kitchen and dining area features a long wooden dining table under an iron light fixture. White-painted wood chairs with patterned blue cushions surround the table. A wood inlay floor ties both spaces together.
Venetian plastered walls, cypress beams and custom-made wrought iron lighting set an elegant tone upon entering this traditional living room. Designer Troy Beasley mixes contemporary chairs, tables and accessories with charming Moorish art and rich, Tuscan hues. Tuscan style is known for its natural, earth-toned colors, like golden yellow, terra cotta and green for an airy effect in warm-weather places, and this ivory and gold color scheme provides just that.
The large space is transformed into a spacious master bedroom, complete with cozy sitting area and cottage-inspired dining table and chairs. Stairs lead up to a cozy iron bed dressed in patterned quilt, while painted white wood planks from the walls to ceiling make the room light and bright.
This breakfast area is a cheerful mix of patterns: Bernhardt dining chairs with a graphic back and nailhead trim surround a round Coddington-designed walnut table. A silver leaf iron pendant, roman shades and a Moroccan-print accent rug complete the space. The artwork in the adjoining living room is by Monika Steiner.
Habachy Designs wanted to create depth through texture. The chandelier is made from natural Nguni cow horn in Africa, the table is made of solid wood and clad in antique brass and textured. The dining chairs have a clean, modern silhouette but are slipcovered to give a more casual look. The atom bowl holding succulents is made of iron and hand-crafted which gives it more character. Accessories throughout the space are artifacts and imported pieces from Africa and Asia. The vintage lion door knocker was an accessory that was found, custom mounted and had a stand built specifically to showcase the piece on the mantel.
