Chip and Joanna, of HGTV's Fixer Upper, created a focal point in this master bedroom with a repurposed wood wall. The light wood wall complements the natural wood trim throughout the home, while white bed linens help to soften the space. Large windows allow in plenty of natural light, while a lighted ceiling fan and pendant lights on either side of the bed also help to bring light to the space, making it bright and inviting.
To create cohesion between the home's interior and exterior, the Leader Design Studio team also layered the courtyard with warm wood elements. Thus, a wood wall encloses the space, as well as offers a degree of privacy from the neighbors.
The warm color palette of brown and beige in this bedroom is best displayed in the reclaimed wood paneled wall. The upholstered headboard, distressed bench and cow hide rug add to the room's rustic feel.
The wall in this eclectic living features exquisite wood detailing made from tree stumps. A pair of oversized black and white chairs and white tufted sofa surround a glass topped coffee table with a wooden base.
This bar area features custom cabinetry, accented with warm fixtures and natural light windows. Glass-front transom cabinets break up the all-wood walls and decorative plates line the top of mirrored backsplash.
To further bring the outdoors inside, The Refined Group added a wood wall treatment to this modern bathroom. Thanks to its natural look, the treatment beautifully balances the sleek vanity and chrome fixtures.
