Beach Flip's Melissa and Mahdi created the feel of a room full of windows by adding drapery panels on two walls of this renovated living room. A wall-mounted TV can be covered by the top set of panels.
This bright, spacious living room provides the perfect space for entertaining friends and family. The room features an ivory sofa accented by blue throw pillows and a swiveling armchair with blue upholstery. Wall-to-wall windows and a set of French doors allow natural light to flood the space.
This window seat is the perfect perch for ocean gazing. Designer Tyler Karu sourced brass lights salvaged from ships. The color palette of white, blues and reds ties in with the authentic nautical style of the room.
Designer Jeff Troyer transformed this former kitchen into a casual dining area for the entire family and included a rectangular dining table paired with soft gray chairs in his design. An expansive wall hanging with multicolored tiles adorns the wall, while a window seat with storage drawers provides a casual space for relaxing.
Turn a sunny window into a spot for displaying a collection of your favorite kitchen items. Vintage pieces in a similar color palette, like the blue and white items in this window, are especially lovely when grouped together. Kitchen window shelves are also the perfect location for growing light-loving herbs and flowering plants.
