As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, designer Sarah Richardson extended this once cramped bathroom by three feet and installed a luxurious glass shower and volcanic limestone bathtub. The spacious top-of-the-line shower includes a rain shower head, four body jets and a honed marble floor. Sarah also added a blue, hexagonal tile backsplash to match the white and dark blue marble bathroom floors and keep with the room's coastal theme.

This master bath remodel was sparked by a flood in the client’s home. Working with the same floor plan, the designer renovated the bath with new tiles, cabinetry, countertops and fixtures. The shower area features a corner seat and recessed niches for soap and shampoo, and the vanity is adorned with white cabinets with crystal knobs.
Contemporary-style sofas, upholstered in durable Sunbrella fabric, feature aluminum frames and synthetic wicker bases — both recyclable. Two cube-shaped, industrial-style coffee tables were handcrafted from sustainable wood by carpenter David Brown. The yellow chairs provide a nice contrast against the black and white patterned pillows and add pops of color against the brick floor and accent landscaping wall.
