The Edie fabric is from Schumacher. Mathison Glenn says she was inspired by French designer Madeleine Castaing’s beautiful tented rooms and style.

Atlanta designer Mallory Mathison Glenn said she was inspired by the colors of the French flag and Schumacher’s classic pastoral print, “Plaisirs de Chine,” seen on the pillow sham and duvet. The headboard is vintage faux bamboo and the coverlet has banding in blue. A demilune bench is at the foot of the bed. Mathison Glenn also used a watercolor painting over the bed, an antique French commode and an octagonal mirror in the space.
