A grid of wavy glass squares set into a screen reflects light into the living room. Each glass panel was handblown, then silvered and washed for a murky, underwater effect. A softly curved antique Irish console softens the space; cast-bronze pigeons alighted on the salvaged balustrade are an allegory of the city.
Sliding barn doors lead to the master bathroom where artwork cleverly screens the glass front water closet. Brass gallery-style lighting, a contemporary sculpture and "wavy" cabinetry all add up to a very sophisticated look.
