This project was a collaboration between two landscape architects Ladd Roberts of Landwise Design and Craig Reynolds for Craig Reynolds Landscape Architecture both brought their unique points of view to create a custom design that combines the architecture and landscape to make this vacation home a place the owners never want to leave.
This contemporary home features indoor/outdoor kitchen, family and dining rooms that open to the lanai. An expansive balcony captures the spectacular lake views. The turf is artificial with drip irrigation used for the plantings.
The newly built home is just as pretty from the front as it is from the back. Beachgoers get a view of the home's rear that features modern white lattice and a staircase that leads to the relaxing deck and pool area.
Blue lucite chairs, blue custom made cushions and blue mosaic pool tile are used to connect the area to the water and sky creating a real connection with the view. The spiral staircase connects the 2nd floor of the home to the outdoor pool area.
The metal railings around the deck do not disrupt the view and offers a clear view of the water. It's a perfect place to relax and entertain guests. The neutral color palette of the home continues onto the outdoor space, tying the indoor space to the outdoor space.
This luxury lake home features a contemporary style bedroom with a neutral color palette. The room's all white walls provide a backdrop that accentuates the texture and color of the room's accessories.
Enjoy the waterfront view from almost anywhere in this living and dining space. The water can be seen from the dining, kitchen and living room. This bight white walls and sliding glass doors gives this space a bight and open feel that makes the transition from the indoor to outdoor seamless.
The best view of the water is in the spacious and comfortable outdoor living space. The outdoor living space is adjacent to the outdoor kitchen and dining, and provides direct access to the yard and private boat ramp.
