The Junk Gypsies helped Miranda Lambert with a surprise makeover for her mom's vintage Airstream trailer. Using a stencil and spray paint, the three added an ombre Virgin Mary to the wood-panel walls to add a pop of color to the camper's entryway.

Vintage Lane side tables as nightstands brings a touch of mid-century style to the design. White cube lamp frames on thin stands fit the light look.

Opposite the mirror vignette, a gallery wall of framed art, including prints from Georgia O’Keeffe alongside some of Matthew’s photography work, sits above a beautiful vintage credenza. As a DIY moment, Amy added brass knobs to the honey wood credenza. Changing the knobs is one of her favorite secrets for transforming vintage pieces for a modern space.
The fantasy continues in the dining room. While the white walls and hardwood floors may be standard, even typical for a Brooklyn brownstone, what happens between them is anything but. In this room a surrealist light fixture designed by Paul hangs low over a thoroughly modern set of dining chairs. For a contrast from the metal furnishings, a vintage Norman Cherner armchair captains the table. On the floor, a hand-painted rug brings a big splash of color to the space which is presided over by even more fantastic sculptures of creatures, seashells and plants.

A tucked-away niche in the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2014, Dad's Honey Hole is designer Sunny K. Merry's nod to the private bar of days gone by. Inspired by a veteran of foreign walls, the room includes wallpaper depicting pin-up girls, an Art Deco-era mirror from Paris and a Japanese puffer fish pendant light.
