The rich, red bedroom color is balanced by crisp white bedding. This master suite from the 2011 HGTV Dream Home blends neutral fabrics and modern art with dark furniture, a metal canopy bed, and bright red walls to create a cozy escape for two.
This iron canopy bed features a gorgeous white headboard and elegant white bedding. The pale blue walls keep the space soft and serene, while allowing the beautiful bed to take center stage in the room.
A combination of taupe and brown is mixed with black and white to create this contemporary bedroom. Sleek nightstands with modern lamps flank the bed, while comfy bedding adds an inviting element to the room.
Though understated, white linens are a smart choice for the master bedroom, allowing the owners to easily switch out their accessories with new seasons. Right now, blue and indigo pillows are oh-so-in and keep the space cool for the summer.
Transitional Gray Bedroom With Beautiful White Bedding
This chic master bedroom features a charcoal gray wall color paired with pure white accents, including the bed linens, tufted bench and soft carpet. A crystal chandelier and metallic mirror add a touch of glam, and an adjacent sitting room provides a spacious place to relax.
Sumptuous yellow silk bedding pairs with crisp whites for a luxurious look in this transitional master bedroom. Yellow lacquer nightstands inspired by the 1960s play well with the curvy ceramic lamps and cheery floral lampshades.
When Erin first moved in, the accent wall behind the bed was painted a loud orange tone, the previous tenant's homage to the San Francisco Giants that play just across the street at AT&T Park. To keep the space open and airy, she and Chris painted the walls a classic white (Benjamin Moore 01), then selected a palette of light grays, muted blues and creams. To add a personal touch in keeping with the airy aesthetic of the room, Erin added photographs with special meaning for her and her husband, Chris. "I don't like having photos of people everywhere. I like photos that are more landscape or locale-based, but hold personal meaning," Erin explains. "The photograph print of Outer Banks, North Carolina means a lot to Chris and me because that's where we first met, at a friend's wedding. I gave it to him for our first anniversary. I think it's the perfect inspiration piece for creating a bedroom that's calm, serene and all about Chris and me."
Master Bedroom With Antique Doors and White Bedding
Designer Genevieve Gorder created a tranquil retreat in her master suite on HGTV's "Genevieve's Renovation." Antique wood doors imported from Morocco add charm to the space, while plush white bed linens and a soft-glowing chandelier create an ethereal feel in the room.
Bright & Airy Master Bedroom With White Linens & Furnishings
This master bedroom exudes a clean, modern vibe -- but still feels comfortable and soothing. With white walls, linens and furniture, the patterned accent items -- throw pillows and bedskirt -- really pop. And the sofa in the room is a perfect spot for putting on shoes, reading the newspaper or just preparing for the day.
