Nothing wows guests like a little high-tech gadgetry. Keep them from fumbling around in the dark looking for light switches by installing a Lutron Home Control system. They can download the app to control all the Lutron switches via your home’s Wi-Fi from the comfort of bed. Turn them off or just dim them to bring the vibe down a notch.
A retractable projection movie screen mounted on a brick wall of the home and an all-weather foosball table create an outdoor game and entertainment space for outdoor fun even after the sun sets.

The fully-automated, high-tech San Francisco restaurant Eatsa is a modern spin on the automat. The restaurant features iPads on which customers order meat-free meals which are then delivered to small glass compartments so that customers can order, receive their meal and eat without interfacing with a single human being.
TriplePoint Design Build designed this modern media room with a minimalist aesthetic, allowing technology to take center stage. An attractive entertainment cabinet in gray wood was placed below a large flatscreen television and speakers for a stylish display of technology.

A clear glass tile backsplash provides a sleek, clean background for the stainless steel range hood and high-tech cooktop. It has a child safety lock, anti-overflow system and touchscreen capabilities for easy meal preparation. A stainless steel pot filler is mounted above to cooktop for convenience.
This sleek master bathroom features a water-efficient toilet with a motion-controlled cover and lid, heated seat and foot warmer. Built-in speakers make it easy to enjoy your favorite music even when taking a shower.
High-Tech Gray Contemporary Bath With Remote Control Toilet
For this stunning bathroom, designer Candice Olson of Candice Tells All pulls out all the technology stops, including heated flooring, a steam shower and a remote-controlled toilet that features a nightlight, bidet and even a self-cleaning function. Large square tiles form the wall behind the freestanding tub adding glamorous sparkle. Candice brings character to the room by repurposing the homeowner's dresser as the vanity.
Minimal walls and railings keep the vistas around this home's outdoor areas on full display. The covered patio is large enough to accommodate a sitting and dining area with a grand fireplace for warmth.
