Family Room Feature Wall Showcases Reclaimed Wood, Stone, Zinc

The custom-designed reclaimed wood platform bed is certainly the focal point of this master bedroom, which features a simple design and bedding in shades of brown, beige and yellow. A small chandelier hangs down from the ceiling as a fun and eclectic element in the room.
The warm color palette of brown and beige in this bedroom is best displayed in the reclaimed wood paneled wall. The upholstered headboard, distressed bench and cow hide rug add to the room's rustic feel.
For structural reasons, the designers of this kitchen remodel had to keep this wall that leads into the dining room. To make it more interesting than sheetrock, and play off of the homeowners' love for all things industrial, they created custom steel panels and used reclaimed fir for the beam and post.

Wood reclaimed from a barn in Texas' Hill Country lines the ceiling of this butler's pantry, providing the newly constructed space with a sense of history.
