Vintage Bathroom With Pedestal Sinks
This bathroom gets more of a vintage feel with pedestal sinks and wood walls. It is tucked into the upper level of a farmhouse and was designed by Michelle Fries. She made up for the lost under-sink storage by using open shelving with baskets to hold supplies.
This bathroom was given a timeless update with classic black-and-white marble tile, dual pedestal sinks and neutral tile flooring. Valspar Jekyll Grand Dining Sea Mist paint freshens up the space and contributes to the room's tranquil, spa-like feel.
Traditional Neutral Bathroom Features Pedestal Sink
This minimalistic bathroom features light gray walls and white design accents, such as the pedestal sink and tiles positioned halfway up the wall. A gray tile accent strip trims the wall, while gray and white patterned tile covers the floor.
From the subway tiles to the squared-off pedestal sinks and high-gloss hardwood floors, the sleek details in this rustic farmhouse bathroom give it an elegant, polished look. The white palette offers a clean, fresh feeling and a great contrast to the dark wood molding.
This round sink opens up the space and makes it easy to maneuver the bathroom without getting poked by corners. To avoid a cramped feel, we passed on closed storage and installed a linear wall shelf above the sink to hold cotton swabs, lotions, and even flowers.
Vintage Small Bathroom with Green and White Tile and Pedestal Sink
For a budget bathroom update, Patti Wagner and her husband replaced the damaged green floor tiles with inexpensive hexagon-shaped white tiles in their Minneapolis home. “The white floor really makes the room look bigger,” says Wagner, a senior product designer for Target. They also maximized the small space by keeping the existing pedestal sink and large medicine cabinet. Towel hooks also are great for small bathrooms, because they don't take up much space and you can place them anywhere, she says.
Mint Green Contemporary Bathroom with Pedestal Sinks
This contemporary bathroom features subtle mint green walls paired with white cabinetry, and a Carrara marble countertop and wall tiles. Small gray and white mosaic tiles add a wall accent that matches the shower tiling, while two pedestal sinks provide separate spaces ideal for bathroom sharing.
White Pedestal Sink in Green Transitional Bathroom
This transitional bathroom's white pedestal sink provides a traditional touch in the lively space. Industrial-style wall sconces are on either side of the mirror, while a teal-and-gold geometric-patterned wallpaper provides a bold backdrop.
