Neutral Kitchen With Textured Tile Backsplash
A tile backsplash with a raised pattern adds texture and depth to this neutral kitchen with white cabinets and a white marble countertop. A stainless steel range hood with a curved profile serves as a beautiful focal point.
White, Traditional Kitchen with Textured Tile Backsplash
Textured tile, furniture-style cabinetry and a coffered ceiling team up to add dimension and interest to this traditional, oceanside kitchen. The room's open concept gives it a sweeping view over the dining room, living area, sunroom and broad back deck. Hardwood floors add warmth to the room, while an overall white palette gives it a casual and calm feel. A contrasting stain on the island was chosen to customize the space, ground the kitchen and add to its architectural interest.
Textured Tile Backsplash in Clean Transitional Kitchen
This white kitchen exemplifies transitional design at its best. A perfect blend of traditional, modern and rustic reside in the space. The kitchen also features a large-scale patterned tile wall that visually pushes the walls up and out. A rough-hewn wood beam holds the upper glass-front cabinets and stainless-steel hood vent.
This contemporary kitchen had limited space so the quilted tile backsplash serves as an easy focal point. Drawing the eye to the textured walls helps overlook the occasional countertop clutter that's inevitable in a small kitchen.
Small Contemporary Kitchen With Textured Backsplash
This quilted tile backsplash is the focus of this small neutral kitchen. The kitchen, which also serves as a dining room, is limited to using one wall of the room, so this metallic backsplash made it easy to add embellishment and distract from the small size of the contemporary space.
Cozy Transitional Kitchen With Textured White Tile Backsplash, Farmhouse Sink and Dark Neutral Countertop
Textured tile adds a subtle decorative finish to the backsplash of this kitchen. White cabinetry keeps the smaller space feeling inviting and airy. Dark neutral granite countertops and rich hardwood flooring add depth to the design. Stainless steel appliances add an updated feel to finish the functional and stylish feel.
Mixing different materials in a backsplash creates a one-of-a-kind design. Designer Helen Richardson used light green tumble marble for the majority of the backsplash and added diamond-shaped stainless steel accent tiles to give it an unexpected shine.
Neutral Contemporary Kitchen With Glass-Tile Backsplash
The jagged edge of a glass-tile backsplash plays well against the textured wall treatment in this cool contemporary kitchen. Arty glass panels in the lighted upper cabinets are a nifty custom touch. Quartz countertops are durable and stylish.
Neutral Transitional Kitchen With Subway Tile Backsplash
A pair of windows adds to the bright, airy feel of this California kitchen by bringing in loads of natural light. White cabinetry, Calacatta marble countertops and a white subway-tile backsplash are classic elements in the neutral open-plan kitchen.
