Stones Help Make Riverbed Look Natural
The stream that bisects this family's front yard is as elegant and peaceful as any stream found naturally occurring. Designed to mimic a stream that might be found in the mountains around the home, small stones line the riverbed, while large stones are placed around the river to give it boundaries, but also to make it look more natural.
Fireplace Covered in Riverbed Stones Creates Focal Point in Contemporary Living Room
The focal point of this contemporary living room is the fireplace at the front of the space. To make it stand out, designers covered the facade in rounded riverbed stones to create a smooth, unique look to complement the rest of the room's design.
The details in this bathroom complete the luxurious look. The rich wood moulding and natural stone walls and floor of the shower help to bring in the natural beauty of the outdoors, while the windows on the ceilings let in natural light that highlight these features.
Designers paid a great deal of attention to the details of this space. With nature as their inspiration, the backsplash was made to look like a natural stone riverbed. The shelves were crafted out of natural wood, while the live edge brings the raw beauty of nature into the space.

This beautiful, modern home uses exterior materials that complement nature and each other. White stucco maintains the home's modern style, while cedar and natural stone accents help to soften the space's design and make it more complimentary to the nature that surrounds it.
Natural Elements Reflect the Beauty of the Outdoors
The windows in this luxury shower bring in natural light and the beauty and elegance of nature; the materials used in this shower also reflect that beauty and elegance. The natural stone tile on the floors help to showcase the colors and textures of nature, while the blue and brown subway tile on the wall mimics the serenity of a clear lake, making this shower the perfect place to enjoy and relax.
A wall-mounted fireplace makes a dinner gathering more intimate and cozy, and the stone facade brings a natural touch to the modern gas fireplace. The warm, inviting look is complete with soft lighting, rich walls and comfortable seating. A neutral area rug and light hardwood flooring anchor the space.

Elegant Dining Space Uses Natural Materials and Colors to Accent the Beauty of Nature
This elegant entertainment space blends seamlessly into the nature that surrounds it. Bold browns mix with more muted neutrals to bring out the natural hues in nature, and the stone pavers and stucco shingles help to accent the natural beauty of the space, while providing the durability that will make entertaining possible in this space for a long time.
The owners of this home love being outside, so they wanted to bring that love of nature and its beauty home with them. To make this happen, they have installed a bathroom with lots of natural features. The floor of the shower is crafted from decorative stones and is made to look like a natural stone river bed. The tile on the walls and the floor help to highlight the natural look of the space with complimentary colors. The final touch is the tub, which is tucked neatly below the window so that bathers can look out onto the scenery while still maintaining their privacy.
The bathtub in this spa bathroom gets a little bit of privacy with a unique architectural feature. To shield bathers from the eyes of others, a horseshoe shaped wall conceals the modern bathtub that lies behind it. The wall is decorated to look like a natural stone riverbed with natural wood trim to make this space relaxing and inviting.
To help this outdoor space look more cohesive, the landscape architects continued the stone pavers from the upper deck to the lower patio. Meanwhile, touches of greenery enhance the yard's natural beauty.
