Modern, Hexagonal Pattern Tiles Add Modern Touch to Bathroom
This white-tiled shower stall with glass doors gets a modern boost from the hexagonal pattern that Pure Design Interiors used for its walls. The glossy white tiles help to reflect light into the room and complement the rest of the space.
Antique Platters Add Traditional Touch to Modern Bathroom
Designers created an updated, modern bathroom by using a neutral color palette to brighten the space and reflect the light that pours into the space from the windows. To add a touch of the traditional to the space, two antique platters were hung above the tub to complete the space.
Penny Round Tile Accents Add Color and Personality to Neutral Modern Bathroom
To lay the groundwork for this modern bathroom, designers started with a neutral color palette that would reflect the natural light let into the space from the skylight above. Then, they added modern wood cabinets and a gray countertop to warm the space. To give the room a touch of personality, a gray, black and white penny round tile backsplash was added, and a gray and white chevron floor was laid. In the shower area, the walls are covered in off-white tile with a penny round tile inset that matches the backsplash to tie the space together.
Mint-colored subway wall tiles create a serene setting in this cozy bathroom. The frameless glass shower door adds a modern touch while the white, porcelain, hexagonal floor tile adds light texture and contrasting shape.
Long hexagonal tiles with contrast grout add interest to this all white bath. Modern penny round tile and a floating vanity provide contemporary touches that complement the home's overall design. Frameless glass around the shower continues the contemporary look and visually expands the space.

Blush velvet armchairs bring a touch of color to the neutral tones in this living room. A modern white table and contemporary hexagonal stool seats bring a mix of styles to the design. Patterned wallpaper adds the appearance of texture around the top perimeter of the room.
Green Transitional Bathroom With Metallic Bull Towel Hooks
The bathroom's teal-and-gold hexagonal-patterned wallpaper adds a lively vibe to the transitional space, while a white pedestal sink adds a traditional touch. Towel hooks featuring gold bull sculptures hang on the wall, providing an eclectic, funky edge.
This pretty bathroom features a mix of modern, traditional and eclectic design elements. Textured tile in a diamond pattern surrounds the tub and shower. Modern cabinetry, hardware and lighting blends with traditional artwork and accessories for a touch of whimsy.
Transitional Bathroom With Graphic Green Wallpaper
Using graphic wallpaper is a great way to update a vintage bathroom. A glass shower adds a modern touch, while hexagon mosaic floor tiles and beadboard keep the room grounded with their timeless appeal.
Black and white tiles make this walk-in shower a visually stunning feature of this modern bathroom. The honeycomb black tile floor offsets the white rectangular tile walls. Black and white patterned soap inset and shower seat give an artistic flair, while black-framed glass creates a bold look. Brass fixtures add bold touches.
