Living Room: Cindy Barshop's New York City Apartment
When it comes to decorating her home, Cindy loves mixing old and new pieces. Throughout the home, she pairs contemporary furniture with Moroccan throw rugs, glitzy antiques and, of course, plenty of toys for her twins, Zoe and Jesse.
White marble tile lines the entirety of this spa shower creating a luxurious effect. A built-in bench and ledge provide convenient surfaces to store shower accessories. A bamboo mat offers a soft cushion for feet during extra long, indulgent showers.
As seen on HGTV’s Million Dollar Rooms, this serene master bathroom is made for relaxation with a freestanding soaking tub surrounded by smooth stones. The wall-mounted shelf next to the tub frees up floor space and maintains the room’s open, airy feel. Natural light streams in through a large window.
Wood accents—the vanity, the mirror's trim, the slats supporting the tub—warm up this generously sized bathroom with a view. The gorgeous blue water seen outside the windows is the colorful main attraction of the neutral space.

White, Open Plan Kitchen From Sarah Sees Potential
As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, Sarah turned a cramped main floor into a gorgeous, open plan kitchen, dining and living space. A dividing wall was removed and converted to a gourmet kitchen island with extra seating and storage. Antique white corbels and vintage wedding cake fixtures add a touch of elegance while a fun mosaic tile backsplash lends youthful charm to the bright space.
Inviting Contemporary Kitchen With Hardwood Decorative Finishes, Crystal Fringed Chandelier And Island Dining
A large box chandelier with crystal fringe hangs over the white island in this bright, contemporary kitchen. A wood ceiling compliments the chevron hardwood floor and contemporary bar stools match the wood decor. White ceiling beams elongate the look of the room leading toward a tile backsplash.
These oversized, traditional leather chairs get the doggie stamp of approval. Gathered around a small occasional table and accented with his and hers pillows, the chairs create a cozy seating area at the foot of the bed.
All of the original windows were retained and given new window treatments. The hardwood floors were restored and all of the original shiplap exposed and painted white. Unpainted wood ceiling and exposed wood beams help distinguish the space and provide a warming accent, as seen on HGTV's Fixer Upper.
