Feminine Green and Pink Cottage Style Master Bedroom
The master bedroom of this lovely cottage is a light, inviting space. The large windows allow in tons of natural light, while the neutral colors in the space-the tan walls, white bed spread and white footstool-help keep the space feeling bright. There is a feminine touch to this room, with the green, floral printed curtains and the pink frilly pillows. The fresh flowers at the foot of the bed help to maintain that cozy, feminine feel.
A pink and pastel green palette bring this Shabby Chic girl's bedroom to life. Room details include a crystal pendant light fixture, ornate floral drapes, pillows with a roses on them, and pink wallpaper. A teapot upcycled into a lamp makes a quaint English-style table lamp.
Bright Green Bedroom with Floral Curtains and a Detailed Media Cabinet
Colorful floral drapes add a touch of whimsy to this vivid green master bedroom, featuring a bright white media cabinet with fretwork and glass doors. A lovely fuchsia chair and pink accents exude feminine flair.
In a home located directly opposite the stunning white sand beaches of the western Australian coastline, designer Kristie Hill took a slightly surprising design approach. “Instead of the typical range of blues, we used a warmer pink palette, with pink bedding and accessories in the master bedroom. It helps counteract the dominant timber cladding behind the bed, for a look that is neither feminine nor masculine,” she says. Tip from the designer: “Don’t use too much of the same hue of pink. Change it up a little, Blush pink works beautifully with mustard yellow and emerald green, too.”
Hunter Green Master Bedroom Balances Masculine With Feminine
Designer Will Wick sought to create a cozy, '70s-style retreat that balances masculine and feminine in the master bedroom at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015. Wick selected a deep, hunter green for the walls and balanced the shade with lush, cream tones in the headboard, bedding, carpet and drapery. "We pulled it off because this room gets so much light," Wick says.
Bedroom Offers 1970s Vibe With Dark Walls and Plush, Cream-Colored Fabrics

Wick selected a deep, hunter green for the walls and balanced the shade with lush, cream tones in the headboard, bedding, carpet and drapery. Plush carpet and a sofa covered with faux chinchilla fur add to the retreat vibe.
Gray, Pink and Yellow Cottage Master Bedroom with Fireplace
Pastel details contrast with the wood elements in this master bedroom remodel. The printed, yellow wallpaper creates an accent wall in this cottage-style bedroom, acting as a cheerful backdrop for the pink and gray aspects of the room. Crisp, neutral bedding along with the clean lines of the neutral headboard anchor the bedroom's largest furniture piece and mirrors the neutral fireplace. A splash of bold color is added to the decor with the use of pink throw pillows, a nightstand and printed ottoman. A wooden table and mantel act as a base for decorative pieces and soft, pastels colors in the chair and nightstand lamp elaborate on the room's pastel ambiance. A distinct, natural lighting fixture adds a rustic element to the room.
