Designer Phillip Silver selected watermelon pink and burnt orange colors that were prevalent in Yves Saint Laurent's 1966 Rive Gauche line for the furnishings in the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015 living room. The colors add a fun contrast to the view of the backyard and San Francisco Bay beyond.
Designers Heather Hilliard and Fleur Keyes' concept for the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2014 living room was designed to complement the natural beauty seen through the generous windows. The curvy furnishings harmonize with the hills beyond, and a subtle wallpaper is indicative of stratified soil.

Inspired by the late fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent and the Rive Gauche collection that he launched in 1966, interior designer Phillip Silver selected bold colors, glamorous accents and well-tailored pieces for the living room of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015. A Portuguese chandelier crowns the room, which is filled with French-style furnishings from Silver's own line.

A study of architect Julia Morgan's work is lightly concealed by sheer curtains at the far end of the guest room at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015. Designer Glenda Flaim selected the artwork as a nod to how people live in home design. "It is contrasting how an architect creates the space and how people live in that space," Flaim says.
