The Winter Park, Fla., home doesn't have a formal dining room, so a custom leather banquette acts as a cozy eating area off the kitchen. Above the kitchen island is a large, rectangular crystal chandelier. Each crystal was hand-tied around the fixture, and as one of the first elements to greet guest when they enter the home, the chandelier makes for a jaw-dropping design.
Stepping into the two-story great room of that same Nantucket-style home, designer Bruce Palmer continues his theme of elegant coastal living by featuring traditional marine-inspired prints and decor. Although slightly understated by the grandeur of the candle chandeliers and coffered ceiling, the coastal accessories still beautifully represent the home's natural surroundings. The Olson residence after the addition of a master bedroom retreat by licensed contractor Chip Wade. A chandelier hangs over the bathtub for a dramatic and elegant look. The couple will also enjoy the separate vanities in the spacious and open bathroom. By finishing the incomplete attic space, Chip Wade was able to design a spacious retreat for the homeowners to escape to when the house is feeling too crowded, as seen on HGTV's Elbow Room.

The ceiling is curved to match the archways on either side of the room, while a marble floor design adds an artistic touch.
