Dallas Home and Pool Features International Style
Built in 1957, this Dallas, Tex., residence was renovated to honor the architecture of the original design while also updating it for a modern family. MESA revamps the grounds to highlight the International style of Oak Court, including a chic pool that's integrated into the structural wall of the house. Contemporary red lounge chairs add a burst of color to the minimalist landscaping.
This Tulsa home was originally designed by renowned architect Charles Faudree. But as the years passed, its kitchen needed modernizing, especially for homeowners who love to entertain. A bright white palette and lots of gourmet details checked off all the boxes.
This corner of the guest house is especially comfortable thanks to two plush yellow armchairs and a woven area rug. When they're not curled up with a book, guests can switch on the TV and catch a movie before bed.
This view shows the dining room's central location off the home's front entry, now part of an open great room with wonderful flow and a coordinated look and feel. Removing walls allowed a better connection between spaces and increased the natural light that now floods into this urban home.
