Contemporary Dining Room with Banquette
The dining room is an integral part of the kitchen and living space. Two pieces of hand selected Claro Walnut Slabs showcase the live edge dining table. Surrounding the table are Swain Chairs, upholstered in a mix of Pollack fabrics on one side and the ends. The Marlowe Banquette adds to the informal feeling of the space as an area to gather.
Multicolored Contemporary Dining Room With Banquette
A built-in banquette is a smart way to bring a lot of seating to a dining room without taking up much floor space. This corner one lets 8 sit comfortably around the table; the vibrant upholstery equals instant energy.
A cozy built-in banquette with crisp white upholstery provides comfortable, contemporary seating in this casual dining area. A wood table adds a touch of warmth, and a mod white chair offers additional seating.
Greens and blues create calm with just the right hint of energy in this dining nook. The painting pulls all the varied shades together. Textural accents (love that pom pom pillow!) make the scene even more visually compelling.
Patterns on the dining chairs and yellow drapes add character to this dining room. A black banquette around the dining table makes the space feel more cozy and provides comfortable seating. An antler chandelier tops off the space to give added visual interest and texture.
Earth-tone fabrics are part of the overall scheme of this elegant home. The cozy dining area features banquette seating, distressed wood table and traditional chairs. The built-ins provide extra storage, while a large contemporary art piece brings in a splash of color and rounds out the space.
Contemporary Kitchen With Cheery Banquette Dining Area
This soft, neutral contemporary kitchen earns a pop of lively color and texture with the inclusion of a custom built-in banquette area. A wooden dining table is surrounded by bright orange Emeco Navy chairs, while the windows are accented by shades made from Moroccan inspired fabric.
Commandeering four square feet of floor space from an adjacent room created a larger, more squarely-shaped space. Jeannine Williams Design installed new ductwork to improve ventilation and rewired the space to increase lighting and services. Doubled storage space includes a new island.
Contemporary Breakfast Room With Banquette Seating
A banquette pairs with curved contemporary dining chairs for comfortable seating around the custom-made soapstone dining table. A Danish chandelier lightens up the space and brings in Scandinavian flair.
