Chic Restaurant Dining Area Is Strategically Designed
The overall layout and flow of the dining room breaks down traditional barriers and connects each guest to the chef, to the liveliness of shared meals and to the appreciation for history throughout the building. The dining zones were strategically designed to support the choreography of the chef’s team. The dining area was also designed to lead the guest’s journey to the big arrivals of the experience: a central glass wine room sitting grandly along the historic brick and — most importantly — the striking open kitchen, which is thrust center stage.
Eclectic Living Room With Purple and Yellow Furnishings
The fun Moroccan-style coffee table lights up making this living area the perfect party pad. The patent leather yellow sofa brings a punch of color to the space, and the circular cutout in the ceiling allows for the over-the-top purple crystal chandelier.
In front of a window partially covered by a shade and sage drape, an oversized cream-colored chair and ottoman sit, alongside a small side table with table lamp. Behind the chair, on the room's tan walls, hang three framed pictures of botanical prints.
Rustic Wood Dining Table With Botanical Place Settings
This dining room features a rustic wood table surrounded by green metal chairs. Each place setting is marked with pretty botanical-patterned dishes. A candle stick and a floral centerpiece in a terracotta pot sit in the table's center.
This open, airy master bathroom was transformed from a formerly small, narrow space that also included a small walk-in closet and linen closet. White custom cabinetry and loads of Carrara marble blend with soft gray walls, giving the space an ethereal, spa-like feel. A mix of recessed and decorative lighting add sparkle.

This simple dining area designed by Emily Henderson for Secrets From a Stylist features a drop-leaf table and black Windsor chairs. Black-and-white toile wallpaper sets a traditional backdrop to the space.
Bathroom Features Freestanding Bathtub, Marble Floors & Neutral Roman Shade
This bathroom, featuring a white freestanding tub, was designed for the lady of the house and has beautiful views for miles out the windows. Simple marble floors let the soaking tub take center stage, and the ornate silk window treatments and dainty ceiling light add a touch of femininity to the room.
Hallway With Modern Art, Funky Black Pendant Lights & Arched Doorways
A gallery featuring pieces from the owner's art collection accentuates a downstairs hallway. Arched entryways give the space a feeling of grandeur, while funky black pendant lights echo the artist's creativity. White walls, ceilings and carpet create a backdrop that lets the art and lights be the stars.
White French Country Dining Area With Green Striped Curtains
An ornate chandelier with varying green miniature lampshades serves as the focal point in this white dining space. Green and white striped curtains pop against white walls and plantation shutters while a black oriental rug grounds the bright room. A white square dining table with eight chairs provides lots of seating in this spacious dining area.
Eat-In Kitchen Features Stone Walls, Wood-Beam Ceiling & Metal Chandeliers
This high-ceilinged kitchen feels warm and cozy, thanks to the warm color palette and multi-bulb chandeliers. The stone walls are unique and rustic, while the cabinets and appliances are contemporary and state-of-the-art. A kitchen island and kitchen table -- plus kitchen stools from Orient Express -- provide ample seating for an extended family.
