Designers wanted to create a space that is open, light and airy so that this home's young family could eat, work and play comfortably together, so they started with a neutral color palette and plenty of natural light. Then, they added plenty of warm details, such as the custom table, exposed beams, brass fixtures and French Oak floors and bright blue accents for a splash of color, creating the perfect, Moroccan inspired space for this family.
A three-seater sofa and two deep armchairs provide comfortable seating in the multipurpose room, a flexible space that can be used for a variety of activities like watching an awards show, the big game or your favorite HGTV special.
