This beautifully restored Victorian farmhouse is situated on 160 acres of rolling countryside in Ontario, CA. It features a two-car garage, detailed landscaping and hardscaping, and a serene organic hobby farm.
A replica of a wire Victorian plant stand celebrates indoor gardening’s golden age. This plant stand, with its rectangular shape, fits neatly along a window, allowing plants to get maximum light without occupying nearby tables. The wire design allows air flow to plants, which helps maintain leaf health.
Two ornately decorated coffee tables are the centerpiece of this contemporary Victorian sitting room. Neutral colors offset the highly decorative room, filled with bouquets of flowers and carved candle holders, to offer a more contemporary take on Victorian design.
With decadent cabaret style, this Victorian bedroom shows off rich red striped walls and mirrored ceiling tiles. The furnishings are layered in sumptuous fabric and crowned by a sparking crystal chandelier.
Playful details abound - undulant baluster collars interject a sense of movement and rhythm to the stairs. Victorian, square section columns supporting the lantern transform to octagons with a wink to the Roman Doric Order.
All of the trim, brackets, balusters and columns were custom designed and then fabricated by millwork craftsman.
This completely custom guest cottage was built in only eight months time.
