This charming scene sits at the entrance to the master bedroom suite. The designers layered the simple palette with unusual textures: white shiplap paneling, a citron twig mirror and a vintage-inspired settee.
Add natural sophistication to any room with the addition of a rustic twig-covered mirror. A few twigs gathered outdoors, white paint, a glue gun and an old mirror is all you need to add a wintry touch to your holiday decor.
A trio of silver tree twig candlesticks stand in the forefront of this buffet decor. The silver shine compliments the gold finish visible on the drawers. A unique black frame encloses the mounted mirror to complete the design.
Although Chris wasn't thrilled with the vanity included with the purchase of his high-rise condo unit, he couldn't justify the cost of replacing it. Instead he dressed up the vanity with an unusual choice for a mirror. To evoke an overall organic and graphic vibe, he went with a round mirror covered with reclaimed twigs.
Two gray velvet sofas offer comfortable seating in this Hollywood Regency-inspired living room. A modern console table is elegantly designed with two twig-like structures on either side of the mounted television and a collection of candles in the middle. Four mirrors on the adjacent wall visually expand the glamorous space. Designed by Emily Mackie of Inspired Interiors.
For maximum visual impact, choose two main colors to work with and one accent. This porch is silver and red with a bit of evergreen. Then repurpose existing materials: Use big flower pots as a base and fill them with evergreen garland, huge ornaments, sparkly twigs and white lights. Another decorating tip is to repeat a few elements. This project used evergreen garland along the porch railing, which mirrored the green in the planters. The ornaments were also hung from the roof and featured in the red and green wreath on the door.
