"If you look closely in the background, you can see one of my favorite design elements for this project. I had turquoise bird silhouettes applied to the window treatments and also painted one on the ceiling to give the illusion they were flying through the room," says Clements.
This light and bright guest bedroom features a white wooden nightstand with a mint glass table lamp, picture frame and small vase of flowers. A turquoise and neutral striped rug is positioned underneath.
Warm, neutral paint contrasts with exotic artwork and accessories to create an intriguing statement. The large, turquoise decorative pot adds a distinct element and brightly accents the simple, gray-toned wall. In a purposeful asymmetric presentation, handblown-glass floral art is hung along one wall in the living room. Glass sculptures in their spectacular hues of red, orange, yellow, and other colors generate an eye-caching focal point from all vantage points.
This master bathroom is beachy, blue dream, with blue and green mosaic tiles, glass vases in different shades of blue, a clawfoot tub, a weathered metal pendant light, and a stone tile floor. The arch of the vaulted ceiling echoes is mirrored in the arched inset shelves.
This eclectic hallway pairs together four contemporary mirrored wall hangings with a distressed antique white vintage dresser for an interesting design combination. Bright yellow and turquoise vases sit atop the dresser next to a mirrored glass lamp with a striped lampshade.
