Here's the festive interior dining area of a restaurant called Broken Spanish Taqueria. Individual Mexican cushions for the seating were hand selected in Tijuana. A knickknack shelf is adorned with items from chef's home for a personal living-room feel. Antique "molinillos" hang from the ceiling.
A simple iron bed is dressed in cozy neutral linens that evoke a warm, country atmosphere. Above the bed is a vintage window frame, adding a rustic element to the space. At the end of the bed is a serape-covered bench, adding to the softness to the room.
The view of the dining and communal seating area in this Mexican taqueria restaurant will likely make you want to eat -- and celebrate! Bright orange and pink walls are adorned with yellow trim and a serape striped wall. An antique molinillos -- wood whisks -- installation hangs near the bar dining space, reinforcing the culinary theme.
A vintage leather couch and a pair of modern armchairs with Serape fabric off stylish and comfy seating in this living room. Artwork by Barry Magee from the clients' collection decorate the walls and add interest to the design. A bronze mirror on the wall behind the couch visually expands the space.
