This beautiful, mid century modern bathroom, is phase one in a two-phase, whole home renovation to transform the current design into a stylish, elegant midcentury modern space. In the bathroom, and throughout the home, the cabinets are stained in Alder Wood and are finished off with a Pure White Caesarstone countertop. The shower features Kohler Purist Fixtures in Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold finish, while the flooring is Large Hexagon Tile from Dal Tile, and a decorative tile made of “Illica” ceramic tile gives the space a bit of extra pop and pizzaz.
With some light reconstruction and bold paint choices, Bucy’s firm, Holland Remodeling & Building, converted the garage to a tiki bar — a fun, funky “destination spot” on their property. For a different spin on the same idea, you could create a cigar bar or your own private espresso station.
