This dual-purpose space acts as both a game room and a media room. In the foreground, a stunning pool table wears the nontraditional tan felt top -- more suited to the room's tropical style than green; beyond, see a large TV that's been seamlessly integrated into the design of the room. Assorted tropical plants splash color into the space.
This spacious game room is easy to be in with gray walls, and is grounded by the red pool table. Abstract art and easy, modern furniture make it comfortable for conversation while waiting to flip the laundry.
Low lighting gives this game room the perfect look for night time entertainment. Wood elements including a coffered ceiling, built in cabinets and drawers and the wood frame of the natural top pool table give the room a warm finish. A double lamp shade light fixture hangs over the pool table for concentrated light.
Above a black felt pool table in this game room hangs two bronze lampshade chandeliers. Large windows in the room are partially covered by sage green drapes and screens. A round table with chairs and a bar area provides seating.
Giant lollipops set the theme for this game room and kids' playroom. Storage shelves hold a variety of books and toys while colored chairs sit around a game table with space for eight. A yellow felt pool table mirrors the candy-colored theme of the space.
In the billiard area, designers created a masculine design by using a dark-neutral color palette to anchor the space. They brought in a modern pool table with traditional green felt, and they created built-in storage for the homeowners pool cues. They also added custom, built-in bookshelves to showcase the homeowner's book collection.
Caramel bamboo floors, streamlined lighting and Valspar Seafoam Storm paint make this bright and open space feel like anything but a basement. A pool table covered in platinum felt and a sectional in charcoal fabric complement the room's steely palette.
During construction, the design team decided to leave a portion of the raw concrete foundation wall exposed in the game room. The homeowner was attached to his pool table, despite it not really going with the modern aesthetic, so it was re-felted in black to blend better.
This eclectic room works as a dining room or a game room with a multipurpose, black felt pool table as the centerpiece. Two large black velvet armchairs cap the ends of the table with smaller, green leather-upholstered chairs lining the sides. A neutral and black wallpaper pattern swirls throughout the room, creating a nice pattern contrast to the animal print rug.
