Sleek subway tile, gold fixtures and a large rain shower would make anyone long for this luxurious spa bathroom. Where white tile keeps the space clean and bright, the rain shower ensures that the stall is entirely relaxing.
A rain shower and an additional hand held unit and wall mounted shower head offer different shower experiences in this luxurious walk-in-shower. Marble tile in the basket-weave pattern add even more luxury.

On the other side of this bathroom, guests will find a gorgeous, glass-enclosed shower. As if the feature didn't look luxe enough, it also comes with a special rain shower head and an eye-catching tile backsplash.
Designer Jennifer Gilmer wanted a large freestanding tub and a shower in her master bath, but lacked the room to put them side by side. A trip to Japan inspired her to combine the two in an open space — this arrangement is common there. The light-flooded modern bathroom, with black mosaic tiled floor and insets and tan subway tile walls, features a deep sink, ceiling-mounted rain shower and oval-shaped pedestal bathtub.
Eastern-medicine student Stacy Kon remodeled the inefficient master bathroom of her Los Angeles home into this relaxing retreat every bit as spa-like as the spaces in which she practices one of her passions: acupuncture. A lover of all things blue, Stacy chose a refreshing shade of robin's-egg blue for the walls and ceilings, a good match with the white subway tile. A large rain shower head is mounted above the oversized tub, and a glass shower partition installed on a swivel bracket swings back flush with the back wall when the shower is not in use. When the shower is in use, the glass partition keeps spray from the showerhead contained within the soaking tub. Rather than extending the white tile for use on the floors, vanity and tub surround, Stacy opted for custom, cool gray concrete poured into forms made to size. Dark wood cabinets provide visual contrast to the light blues and grays.
White subway tile covers the walls of this large shower. The wall above the rain shower head stops short of meeting the ceiling to let extra light into the space. A built in wall cubby provides easy storage and a small corner seat increases comfort.
A rain shower head and teak bench offer an earthiness to this sleek, black, contemporary walk-in shower. A strip of river rock running down the wall spills onto the floor of the shower, creating an elegant break in the oversized wall tile.
A grated brown wall gives privacy to this outdoor shower while allowing it to retain an open feeling. A rain shower head peaks over the top of the wall. The surrounding greenery and turquoise curtains visible through the glass of the french doors add a touch of color to space without overpowering the natural feel.
A glass door opens into this spacious walk in shower. The three remaining walls are covered in white subway tile for a bright and spacious feel. Small white and gray square tile flooring compliments the monochromatic design. A built in cubby and small corner bench create easy storage and use throughout the space.
As seen on DIY Network's Bath Crashers, this luxurious shower features Kohler shower sprays and a rain showerhead for a spa-like experience. The neutral tile walls keep the space feeling clean and contemporary.
This modern shower is surrounded by marble block walls. Small neutral mosaic tiling covers the floor below the rainfall showerhead. The shower also has an adjustable hand held showerhead. The doorless design makes for a large, open feel.
