SPG's interest in diverse materials to add warmth to their particular modernist aesthetic led to this solution: bringing a variety of materials together to create a serene yet textured living environment. The full expanse of windows along the south face of the building and the north- and east-facing terraces provide a visual link to the city, but the space itself remains a refuge of tranquility and light.
