The contemporary-lined cream sofa and gray walls are a neutral base, making this room easily changeable with a few new accessories.
Designers kept the bones of the loft simple and elegant, painting brick and exposed ducts white for a bright feel and highlighting warmer textures like the wood beams. All materials and furnishings were purchased from local artisans.
