This master bathroom really has it all, including ceiling speakers and a wall-mounted television that can be easily seen from the tub and the shower. Sit back, relax and catch up on your favorite shows, all while enjoying a relaxing soak in the contemporary bathtub.
Beneath a large flat-screen television sits a wooden storage shelf that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing in the HGTV Smart Home 2015 master bedroom. Because the TV is conveniently mounted to the wall, the top of the shelf is reserved for a few lovely pieces, including a delicate orchid and white table lamp.
An LED TV sits in a rustic niche across from the couch. “We have a lot of fencing outside that is cedar. We brought that inside, so there is a real definite tie in,” says HGTV Smart Home 2015 designer Linda Woodrum. “We took that cedar, put it in the back of the niche where the TV is, and we painted the opposite wall.”
Wicker furniture is padded with plush, neutral cushions to create comfortable and inviting seating in this outdoor pavilion living space. The wood roof, fire glow and yellow lights create a warmth that encompasses the space. An open fireplace and mounted TV are visible from the furniture making this space perfect for entertainment and relaxation.
A neutral area rug pads the open floor space in this comfy living room set up. Neutral arm chairs and a gray-brown sectional turn in toward the fireplace and mounted TV. A white topped coffee table pulls the white of the fireplace surround into the room and highlights the midcentury modern design inspiration.
