An abstract-patterned black and white rug cushions a gorgeous white marble dining table surrounded by black mesh chairs. Black pendant lights complete the decor and join the recessed lighting in illuminating the space.

This home's streamlined modern design extends even into the butler's pantry. Pretty wood cabinets offer plentiful extra storage. For wine, there's a floor-to-ceiling Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, a unique element that was the design jumping-off point for the entire room. A deep sink hides dirty dishes after big parties (shh...).
An exceptionally relaxing bathtub and additional storage were requests of the client, so designer Brooke Arciniega configured a space that allows the client and her husband to store additional clothes and a perfect place to set a wine glass.
